BASCalc is delivered instantly via digital download after payment.
No physical product will be shipped.
3. Licensing & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you receive a single-user licence to use BASCalc for your own business only.
You may:
Use BASCalc for your own BAS preparation
Make copies for your own BAS periods (quarters/years)
You may NOT:
Share, sell, give away or distribute BASCalc
Upload it to the internet
Use it for clients (unless you purchase separate licences
4. No Accounting or Tax Advice
BASCalc is a DIY tool. It does not provide accounting, tax or financial advice.
The totals calculated in the spreadsheet are based solely on the numbers you enter.
You are fully responsible for:
entering correct figures
reviewing your totals
submitting accurate BAS information to the ATO
meeting all legal obligations as a GST-registered business
BASCalc accepts no liability for incorrect lodgements, penalties, or ATO outcomes.
5. Refund Policy
Because this is a digital download, refunds are only available if you have not downloaded or accessed the files.
Once the product has been downloaded, opened, or accessed, all sales are final.
If you experience technical issues, we will assist with file access — but not with BAS, GST, PAYG or accounting matters.
6. Payment, GST & Pricing
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
GST of 10% is added at checkout.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, BASCalc is not liable for:
-Incorrect BAS submissions
-lost income
Penalties or fees issued by the ATO
Financial decisions you make using the tool
You use BASCalc entirely at your own risk.
8. Updates
Small updates or improvements may be released periodically. These are optional and may be provided free or as a separate paid version.
